  • Customer: - The person using the delivery service
  • Products: - Products ordered by the customer.
  • Perishable Goods: - All products in the Flowers, Ice-creams, Fruits, Cakes and chocolates, Sweets and Food Items sections.
  • Non - Perishable Goods: - All other products except perishable products. .

PRODUCTS :

US2guntur.com always tries to deliver the exact product ordered by the customer. If a product is unavailable, a similar product, nearest to the description of that ordered, will be delivered. If a product is unavailable readily, the customer will be informed about this through e-mail. If there is no response from the customer, we go ahead and deliver a product that comes closest to that ordered.

PAYMENTS :

All prices are in US Dollars. Payments will be accepted in US Dollars and charged to the credit card in US Dollars.

ACCURANCY OF INFORMATION AND INTENT OF MAKING PAYMENTS :

The customer promises that the information provided to us2guntur.com will be true, current, correct and accurate including credit card numbers and addresses. The customer also agrees to pay all charges incurred by them and users of the account and credit cards or other payment mechanism at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

BRANDS, TRADEMARKS AND LOGOS:

All content on this website including the logo, graphics, text, design is the property of us2guntur.com and protected by copyright. No part of the content shall be copied, downloaded, uploaded, published, transmitted without prior, written permission from us2guntur.com.

AVAILABILITY :

If the ordered product is out of stock and us2guntur.com is unable to deliver the product, a complete refund will be made to the customer. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc caused due to the non- delivery and non- availability.

WARRANTY :

  • Perishable Goods:

    Generally in case of perishable items like cakes and flowers there will be variation in the designs as the bakers and designers are not same in all places and the images are indicative only. We deliver the same quantity, flavor cake with best possible design in the respective regions for orders. Us2guntur.com does not provide any warranties on the Perishable products it delivers. On 31st DEC, 1st JAN, for Remote and Other destinations we usually deliver Fresh Butter cream Cakes.

  • Non - Perishable Goods:

    All warranties, after sales services, maintenance of items, will be subject to the conditions of the original manufacturers of products sold here. The responsibility of us2guntur.com ceases once the product is delivered at the recipient's address .

SHIPPING :

order value below 25$, shipping and handling charges will be automatically calculated at the time of ordering. The charges will be based on the place and mode of delivery.

Time based Delivery :

We follow the selected Time schedules upto the maximum possible extent. Incase of any unexpected delivery delay problems, the paid Time based charges only can be credited, not the products costs. Free delivery Time schedules are not considered for credit / refund as it is Free.

PHOTOS :

FREE Digital Photo is applicable for ALL places except BANGLORE, PUNE. We take FREE Digital Photo (one / two snaps) of the recipient only at the Time of Delivery.Digital Photos will be sent to you within 48 Hours after your order is executed. Digital Photos is subject to availability of the recipient at the time of delivery.

RETURN :

  • Perishable Goods:

    For delivery of cakes(On 31st DEC, 1st JAN, for Remote and Other destinations, Fresh Butter cream Cakes will be delivered), flowers, ice creams, fruits and sweets ,the delivery of items will be attempted only once. Being perishable in nature, there will be no refund against such items.

  • Non - Perishable Goods:

    In case of missed/non-delivery of non-perishable items, while the recipient is away, the order will be repeated once more after the stipulated day. In case of non-delivery of an item altogether, then the refund for the same will be made .

DISPUTES :

All and any disputes related to us2guntur.com shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India courts only .

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS :

  • We do not EXCHANGE gift certificates after shipping.
  • We do not CHANGE or CANCEL AN ORDER after shipping.
  • On 31st DEC, 1st JAN, for Remote and Other destinations, Fresh Butter cream Cakes will be delivered.
  • We do not replace LOST or STOLEN gift certificates / Party Vouchers once received by the recipient. Extension of such Certificates & Vouchers is not possible.
  • We are not responsible for late deliveries incase the recipient is not at home.
  • We do not guarantee freshness of the goods delivered if the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery.
  • In an effort to provide our customers with the most current information, us2guntur.com from time to time will make changes in the contents and in the products or services described on this Site.
  • The prices advertised on this Site are for Internet orders.
  • Prices and the availability of items are subject to change without notice.
